About us
We are all professionals working in the Glasgow area.
It’s not a party flat because we all work during the week. However, we enjoy doing things together like going to gigs, seeing comedy shows, hiking, going to the cinema, watching sport, cooking dinner together etc. Equally, we are happy to leave you to have your own space, if you want.
The flat
The flat is a four-bedroom property split across two floors - basement and ground floor. There is a spacious lounge and a separate kitchen. There are two bathrooms so you would be sharing with one other person.
The bedroom for rent comes furnished and it has a double-bed. There is gas central heating throughout the flat. It faces the rear of the property and so is quiet at night.
You would need to pay your share of council tax so no students (unless you are willing to pay this). Bills come to about £100 a month in addition to the rent.
