Double room available in lovely west end flat

Hi! I'm Sophie, I live in a second floor flat in the west end of Glasgow. My current flatmate is moving out next month and I'm looking for someone to take over her room from the 15th May (earlier starts considered - drop me a message).

The flat is fully carpeted and furnished. The bathroom is new and really nice - skylight, shower and separate bathtub. We have a dishwasher, washing machine and a fainting couch. Just the essentials! The living room is bright and airy with gorgeous evening sunlight. The room for rent has a double bed, big windows, a huge wardrobe and lots of natural light and space. There's plenty of storage in the flat in general too.

I'm looking for a non-smoker to take on the room, and it'd be lovely if whoever moves in was up for a little bit of hanging out. Communal spaces are nice and tidy so it'd be good if you could could contribute to keeping it looking lovely. The landlord has, in the past, been ok with a cat being in the flat, so if you have a pet then this might be possible but would need to be agreed with the landlord first.

Bills are about £60/month - this includes electricity, gas central heating and broadband. The council tax works out at £90/month.

Little bit about me: I'm an object conservator for Glasgow Museums so I'm out 9-5 during the week. I enjoy good company, good food and good wine. I often bake and usually there's plenty to share!
