Student flatmate wanted in Glasgow west end

note: some incorrect info in the ad: I am not female but there are only two gender options and it is a mandatory field, so i just had to pick one sorry. I'm non-binary, my pronouns are they/them and if you're not gonna respect that we are not gonna get along so you can stop reading now :)

Looking for a full time student (for council tax exemption), who is LGBT+ friendly, clean, tidy and ideally a non-smoker, to move in from December.

About the flat: It's in the West End - well located on Great Western Road, 1 minute from Kelvinbridge subway and 10min walk from UofG. Its up some stairs, so is not accessible. I'm not sure whether pets are allowed, but there may be some bargaining power here with the letting agency for someone moving in rather than me having to move out and them having to advertise the property on the market again.

Rent is £475 each per month, internet is £12.50 each per month, electricity is roughly £25-£45 each per month (its lower in summer when the storage/electric heating is not used, more in winter). We've had no problems with the flat so far, before we moved in it had recently been redone with new appliances etc (dishwasher, washing machine). Whenever people come round it gets lots of compliments! There is also a reserved parking space within the block of flats if that's something you need!

About me: I'm a PhD student studying Quantum Optics at UofG. I'm originally from London and my hobbies are mainly sketching and going to the cinema. I'm vegetarian, but if you eat meat its not going to be a dealbreaker. I think i'm a very easy person to live with, I'm fairly quiet and keep shared spaces tidy, although i sometimes get a bit anal about the recycling :P.
