The flat is in a cul-de-sac residential area which is merely a 7-minute walk to Glasgow university and the West end of Glasgow. It is a noticeably quiet and safe area to live in with in a proximity to shopping area of Dumbarton road, Byers road and only 20 minutes bus ride to the centre of Glasgow with buses running 24/7. The flat is on the ground floor with a secured common entrance and the entrance to the flat. The flat has some great schools and a hospital with in one mile distance.
The flat is double glazed all around with gas fired heating, brand new boiler, and brand-new bathroom suite. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings very well insulated walls.
If you are not a student, you will be responsible for paying your council tax.
