A large furnished double room is available for a working professional in Kelvinbridge, opposite The University of Glasgow. The room is in a sociable house which is by two subway stations, and a short walk to Glasgow City Centre

THE ROOM
1 large double bed, wooden desk, wooden chest of drawers, large wardrobe, tall book rack (will check what else is in there)

The five bedroom house includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, appliances and dishwasher, a tiled power shower shared with two other housemates and a large furnished living room with a fire.

HOUSEMATES
The housemates currently include 2 working professionals in marketing and retail, 1 student studying medicine and a recent graduate in dentistry. We are aged between 23-25 and looking for someone of a similar age.

AREA
Located on University Avenue, the house is a 5 minute walk to Kelvinbridge Subway and around 10 minutes to walk to Hillhead Subway.
The house is next to Kelvingrove Park which is a treat in the sunshine!

Directly opposite the house is University Union bus stop. (4/4A, 8, 90)

Price is £525 and includes all bills except share of council tax which will be shared between yourself and the two other working professionals.
