The flat is on the bottom of byres road, 5 minutes from Uni, 5 minutes from Morrisons and Lidl, and a minute from the Kelvinhall subway station. Rent is £475 a month but you get what you pay for. The flat is top floor, has two bathrooms, has a secure underground carpark, loads of storage space, and the lease is one month rolling.
