After a change in circumstances with my University course, I’ve moved back home and am looking to get rid of my room in the flat. Room is massive with a sofa bed and couch along with a double bed and plenty of storage space for clothes. Desk and chair in room so perfect for studying/working. Comes fully furnished and flat share with 3 bubbly and outgoing students.. Looking for a young female to fit in with other girls in the flat who would be more than happy to meet up with anyone suitable that is interested. Kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and table and chairs. Kitchen and bathroom were both recently renovated before we moved in with a shower & bath.
Flat is situated in the West End of Glasgow and is a close walk to nearby university’s (University of Glasgow/Glasgow Caledonian University/Glasgow School of Art) therefore perfect for a student. It is on the bus route and also has 2 nearby subway stations (St George’s Cross/Kelvinbridge). Plenty of nearby shops and supermarkets and a short walk into the city centre.
Gas/Electricity bills are not included in price however only cost roughly £15-£20 p/m.
WiFi is available for a cost of around £9 p/m.
