Huge room in West End flatshare with kingsize bed

Hi! We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to fill the master bedroom.

THE FLAT:
It is a 3 bedroom flat with a nice big kitchen (with gas hob and a large oven). Bath. Large communal living room space with nice sofas. It's fully furnished and we mean fully, so really homely. Non-smoking.

Home Brewery and bread making happens. Recycling happens. Our neighbours don't like too much noise, so someone not too noisy would be best, although we are definitely not grandpa types. Wee garden at the back. The kitchen has amazing views (the best in the whole of Glasgow!). If you have a car, there is free on street parking outside the flat. There is space in the close to park your bike.

THE ROOM:
It is huge! With a Kingsize sleigh bed! New double glazing windows have been recently fitted. Lovely wooden floors. It has loads of wardrobe space.

RENT / BILLS
Rent is £600.00/month which includes council tax, Electricity, gas, tv licence, and internet,

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Kelvinbridge underground station is near by Paesano Pizza and Inn Deep are close by (...some might say too close by!) The Motorway M8 J17 can be easily reached. The River Kelvin walkway is right next to the flat and a good route to jogging along. It’s also a short walk to Glasgow University, Byres road for the shops and the Botanic Gardens.

US:
Relatively chilled out, 1 guy and 1 girl and in our late 20's/ mid 30s. We just looking for a good egg so not uptight on what age you are or what gender. Flat activities include movie nights, and some flat dinners now and again. An occasional dog sometime may visit.

YOU:
Lovely friendly, open minded folk would be best. Someone clean and tidy but not crazy obsessive. DIY enthusiasts and general good eggs welcome.

We're into communal cooking now and again and sharing common some stuff like washing powder so someone into this too would be good, but we all have our own space as well. No homophobes, facists or uptight people allowed! Watering of communal plants desirable.
