1/2 bedrooms in Woodlands

Hi there! I currently have 2 available rooms in a spacious, top floor, Woodlands tenement. The flat is admittedly a little tired thanks to previous tennants, but I'm currently sharpening it up as it is great flat in a great location that has to seen to be appreciated. Although advertised as furnished, the landlord is pretty hands off, and is fine in regards to making the place your own, i. e swapping furniture and decorating to your taste. I'm very easy going and open minded guy with a wide range of I creative nterests. I work from home and I'm a music fan (exceptional taste even if I do say so my self!) so it's not a completely quiet flat however I'm more than happy to respect and accommodate the needs of whoever moves in! It's not much of a party flat these days, but that's definitely not a written rule! Although advertised as 2 rooms, I'd be more than happy to share with 1 person willing to split the full £750 rent.
