A room with potential

Hi as my best friend is coming to live together, I am moving out to embark on that journey. The room is not big but it has potential and rent is great if you want to invest money on trips and exploration or any other hobby. Also, there is a pretty large living room and the bills come around 40 pounds. There is a desk and a chair which I bought but you can have on a very good price and are brand new. The contract is until 30th of June and the landlord is very understanding. There is also a parking space included which I dont use since not having a car but you can for sure.

As for amenities, the flat is perfectly centrally located. There are two subway station nearby more than 4 closeby bus stops and it is 15 mins to the centre and 15 to university. Also, shops like lidl , iceland and tesco metro are literally 3 mins away and the 24 hour tesco is of walking distance as well.

Also if you want to be a member if a gym there is a 24 hour gym closeby as well. And the best part is that you can move in immediately.
