Doule room in west end

My old room will become available beginning of march. The flat is in a sandstone tenement building, and has of large (and beautiful!) living room, kitchen and bathroom shared with Jamie, my flatmate. There is also a small garden in the backyard. The room itself has plenty of storage, fluffy carpet floor, and is fully furnished.

Kelvinhall subway and Patrick train station both very close, as well as plenty of shops and supermarkets. At the same time, the building is not in one of the main streets so it is relatively quiet around here.

Jamie is super relaxed and easy going. He is quite chatty and will give you the occasional hug, so you should be ok with some social interaction in the flat ;)
He works night shifts at the moment, but whenever he is up at night he usually stays in his room and doesn't make much noise, so that is not really a problem.

According to our landlords, small pets are ok (whatever exactly that includes is up to interpretation, so we would need to check with him again in case you want to bring any)

Bills are not included:
Council tax band C.
Energy rating not sure, but it has double glazing, other apartments around on all sides, and gas central heating, so is quite cheap to heat.
