The flat is available from 1st July and is only a 20 minute walk into town, a 7 minute walk from Exhibition Centre train station and it’s just around the corner from all the bars and shops on Argyle Street. It’s also a super quiet area so you wouldn’t have to worry about noise.
The monthly rent of £481 includes all bills and council tax.
If you decided to move in, you’d be living with two friendly flatmates who like to spend time hanging out as a flat. They are two professionals - a male aged 26 and a female aged 24.
