Double room, lovely flat (North Kelvinside)

Great room in a really nice flat. Brilliant views over city thanks to south facing window - lots of light.
Furnishings in room as pictured (desk, cupboard, bed etc) with plenty of room for belongings/additional furniture. Shared living room and kitchen space (with all appliances in working order) which is where I spend most time.

About me, my interests include football, cooking, guitar, good music among others. I'm a sociable person so would prefer someone who likes to leave their cave to hang out but I do respect boundaries. I've lived in student flats and all that that involves but ideally would prefer someone who cleans up after themselves and is just generally tidy.

Quiet area of the west end with a 5-minute walk to the Botanic Gardens. Parking is no issue - Not a permit area and spaces on street readily available.

Landlord and letting agent are both very professional and approachable, so no issues there.
