Double room available from 6/10, on departure of current flatmate who has been here for a year, and has just completed her Masters. You will be able to speak to her for a reference if required.

Flat is on the top, 3rd floor of a tenement, just a couple of minutes from Kelvinbridge Subway. I'm sure you know the area ..

Room has a king size double bed with Simba mattress, walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chairs, bookcase.

About me - I'm a positive, calm, easy going & sociable 54
y. o. who refuses to grow up - I work in IT - love film photography, music (Gilles Peterson / NTS Radio .. ) .. walking, travelling, reading, haggis suppers & proper coffee.

My office is in Edinburgh, but I am still working from home full-time.

All bills included.

Minimum rental period is 3 months.

References must be available for validation.
