The flat is situated on Crosbie St, a quiet and peaceful pocket within Maryhill Park. On street car parking is available.

The Flat:

The flat is spacious and includes two double bedrooms, dinning sized kitchen, bathroom, living room. I have upgraded some of the furniture over the last year so hopefully an improvement on the pics in the add. Plus a modernised bathroom. The room will include a bed with new mattress, clothes hanger, bedside table and a chest of drawers. There is also a well-kempt garden to the rear of the flat which makes for excellent chilling on those rare sunny days of summer.
Free on-street parking.

About me

I am a surveyor working in Glasgow and have a fairly-busy schedule during the week.
Aside from work commitments, I enjoy going to the gym, hill walking, movie nights in, socialising with friends and travelling.
I consider myself pretty easy going and respectful of others space/privacy.

As a side note, I will be in Finland from Nov- Dec so you will have the place to yourself during that time.
