We have a room for rent in our shared flat on Great Western Road, near Papercup in the West End of Glasgow. The room is a good size and comes furnished (please see photos).
We are three young professionals, working in different sectors in Glasgow. We enjoy socialising and keep the flat in a tidy state. The flat has a large central corridor, shower/bathroom and kitchen dining area. We are aware of each other's personal space and in all are pretty chilled. The location has great transport links, with Kelvinbridge being your nearest subway station.
Rent is £380 plus £57 council tax per month.
Bills come to £50 per month approx (paid quarterly). Bills are less during the summer months.
There are no agency fees as the flat is owned by a live-out landlord. Month's rent as a deposit.
