Double bedroom with private bathroom (outside of the room) for rent within a top-floor tenement flat in the Broomhill area of Glasgow. Good access to the amenities of the West End, and Partick as well as the University of Glasgow and transport links to the City Centre and beyond (hyndland train station 5 minutes walk, Partick train station and Subway 10 minutes)

The bedroom is bright and furnished with a double bed. There is a small zip-up wardrobe and beside table. The bathroom is in front of the room and it is exclusive for this room tenant. It is spacious and it has a window, shower, basin and toilet.

The shared living room is open plan kitchen containing the ever-useful dishwasher.

The flat also has a washing machine located in a utilities cupboard in the hallway.

As for your prospective flatmates we are a professional couple in our thirties currently working but also travelling at some point. We are living with our cat "sir Bartholomeus" he is very lovely and quiet. We are very respectful of the need for individual privacy but very much enjoy the company of others.

We are from Spain and Germany and have been living in Glasgow for 2 years before we lived in England. But also other countries including Italy, Germany, and Spain.
We love meeting new people and traveling.

Some of our hobbies are art (visiting exhibition), hiking (enjoy wildlife nature), going outside (having a beers or wine with friends is always welcome), cooking (it could be fun to share laugh and Spanish tapas).

The landlady is very easy going and accommodating but is looking for a responsible tenant who will keep the flat in a good state and be decent neighbours to the surrounding residents. She requires references in the form of rental history, proof of employment and income (i. e wage slips).

The monthly rent of 597.50 pounds no inclusive of utilities (gas, electric), broadband and Council Tax (Band D).

The flat would be available to move into from 6th of March with rent payable on the 6th of the month.
