Bright Double Room, West End, Quiet Neighbourho

Beautiful, Hyndland flat located on a quiet side street.

The flat is very well situated due to its proximity to Hyndland Train Station (1-2mins walk). On foot, it takes around 10-15 mins to walk into Partick. Both, Partick and Hyndland have lots of options to if you want to head over and enjoy the local pubs, cafes + lots of secondhand shops if you like a rummage (hopefully they will be reopening soon!). Also, loads of supermarkets... which is helpful whist non-essentials are out of reach.

The room itself is very well proportioned, it has a nice leafy view out the back and isn't overlooked. It's furnished with a double bed and has an abundance of storage due to the large fitted wardrobe.

We are looking for a new flatmate who is a student due to council tax exemption. We also include all bills for this price, which means as much heating, electricity + broadband as you dare to consume!

The flat is a very relaxing place, the main reason we are renting out a room is that one of us has to leave for a while, although, you will be left with one male 30yo, many plants and a young 6-month-old kitten (bonus for any animal lovers out there). We are a creative household, we met on a Fine Art Masters recently and have been making the most of the lockdown by cooking lots of tasty meals and watching far too many films.
