Big double room in West End

I am very sadly leaving this stunning room in the West End/Maryhill area of Glasgow, literally 2 mins walk from the big Lidl on Maryhill road. The location is ideal - it's a 15 min walk to Glasgow Uni and the rest of the West End and 5 minutes from St George's Cross subway. You can also walk to the city centre in under 20 minutes.

This is the biggest room in a 3 bedroom flat shared with one woman and a man.

The room has loads of storage space and all the furniture you see in the pictures will be left, except the bed which I brought with me (the previous tenant slept on the sofa which pulls out into a sofa-bed).
If you'd prefer to keep the bed frame I can leave them for an extra £70 (thats why the deposit is 350 but if you don't want the bed frame its 270).

Internet is an additional £13.75 per month and the bills are very cheap and average around £30 per month in Winter and £15 per month in Summer.

The flat comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, hallway and 2 storage cupboards. There is also a free private carpark at the back of the flat if you have a car.

The area is really lovely and quiet, with a mix of young families, professionals and students. The view from the room is gorgeous, especially in spring-autumn with a view of lovely lush trees, perfect if you're study or working from home.
