Looking for a flatmate from 1 May as my flatmate is moving for work.

Double room on quiet street with lots of free parking nearby, very handy for Botanic Gardens, Byres Road and Glasgow Uni.
Room has some drawer space but you would also have exclusive use of several good size storage spaces for hanging clothes etc.

Part of deposit charge is for furniture so you will own all the furniture in your room and can change it around if you like, otherwise this charge can just be passed on to the next person whenever you move out - can explain this better if you come for a viewing.

Gas and electricity is around £30/month, WiFi is £12.50/month and council tax is £82/month.

I will also be moving out of the flat from 1 June as I am moving home for a while to save. I am happy to help with finding a new flatmate to replace me from this point, but you will be free to choose someone yourself if you prefer - this is also something we can discuss at a viewing.
