The rent does not include bills and council tax, which altogether is about £100 per month.

Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. Also has a lovely view of the garden at the back of the flat with birds and squirrels so you'll feel like a disney princess! :)

The flat in general is large, with a living room, a large kitchen, and two bathrooms.

Positioned just next to Great Western Road, is only a five minute walk from the University of Glasgow, and Kelvinbridge subway station. Is also walking distance from a Co-op, a Tesco, and a Waitrose.

Both of us are friendly and social flatmates. I'm a 22 year old final year philosophy student and Ailish is a 23 year old architecture student. We enjoy board games and cooking, so anyone interested in that would be very much welcome! We try to keep the flat clean so you'd be expected to help out as well, but we share the work equally so it's not too demanding.
