Spacious West End double room available

We have a spacious double room available in a top floor tenement flat. The flat is in Kelvinside in a lovely quiet family area, 5-min walk from the Botanics and Byres Road. The nearest Tesco is just around the corner of the building and the on-street parking is free. The house is equipped with all the amenities necessary, including a dishwasher.

The room is like a flat within the flat, where you can both have your bed, office/study desk and still have some space for a small couch and to your mat for exercise. It has all the basic furniture and very large storage space for clothes, books, plants, or anything else you don't want it around.

Your soon-to-be-flatmate Emma is a 27 yo full-time vet, a lovely person and a very low maintenance flatmate. We also have a cat friend who loves a scratch once she gets to know you, which doesn't take long (photo for reference).

The actual rent is 447.5 pounds with utility bills it becomes about 495 Pounds, plus your share of council tax on top of this (Band D). So you can expect a total cost of 560-570 pounds a month, which is average (and probably below-average) for the area. The deposit is 500 Pounds and protected by SafeDeposit Scotland. We are ideally looking for professionals staying relatively long but happy to discuss with students as well to arrange alternative solutions for the council tax.
