Flat is within walking distance of the Glasgow School of Art and University of Glasgow. Right next to the Kelvingrove and walking distance to the city centre. We’re across from a Tesco and less than five minutes walk to a newly opened Lidl around the corner. Really well connected with lots of fun amenities in the heart of Finnieston.

Large single bedroom available with lots of good walk-in cupboard space and storage solutions. There’s also one very large communal cupboard in the hallway. Sizeable shared kitchen and bathroom (bath/shower).

You’ll be sharing with a 25 year old female video game developer. I’m a vegetarian, enjoy video games and music (electronic, disco, pop, rock) as well as a variety of visual arts (fashion, graphic design). If we have any shared interests, mention it!

Looking for someone who is tidy and kind. Race, gender, religion or sexuality don’t matter to me if they don’t matter to you. Don’t mind students or professionals but students would have to contribute to Council Tax! Council tax is currently around £90 per person. Wifi is around £15 per person and gas and electric vary throughout the year. We still use a key based meter for both so it’s easier to manage compared to a monthly bill.
