The flat is in an excellent location, being a minutes walk from St Georges Cross subway, 5 minutes from Charing Cross station and is within walking distance of all of the city's universities. On-street parking is available but requires a permit from the council.

The rooms are £500 per month. This includes absolutely all of the bills.

I have been letting out the 2 spare bedrooms in my flat since moving here 9 years ago. I like to share with people who are generally sociable, but are respectful of other people's space. I've had flatmates in the past who like to keep to themselves and others who want to spend a lot of time together, I don't really mind. I work as an engineer just outside of Glasgow Mon-Fri 7 till 5, so don't have much time during the week, but I am happy to do things together at the weekend.

Due to HMO requirements I cannot consider letting the rooms to a couple. The rooms are available now, but I'm happy to consider people who are looking for a place to move in the next couple of months.
