Room with double bed - private access to bathroom

Hi there! We're Alessio and Sara and we've just secured this lovely flat in Kelvinside/West End. Now there's only one missing piece of the puzzle and that's you!

A little bit about ourselves:
Alessio is a UX Designer based nearby but has the flexibility to WFH or go to the office, if he's not in working he's out working out, networking, socialising and enjoying nature! Sara is currently looking for work in Glasgow while juggling online courses, and of course, we'll be spending a lot of time together in and out of the flat. We're both Italian (Sara is half Scottish) and will speak a mix of Italian and English at home. We're also really passionate about cooking and showing off our Italian cuisine skills. We are mature and responsible people but the occasional night out is always on the cards! I would say that we're very clean and tidy and like to have a fair schedule for weekly cleans regardless of who is busiest.

- A flat located in an optimal area of Glasgow with great links to the city centre and West End.
- An all-inclusive price - we'll take care of the council tax and wifi (we'll only ask you for your equal contribution of bills as they're subject to vary from summer to winter).

Who we are looking for:
- Someone who is mature, responsible and reliable.
- A professional who is working and can pay rent on time.
- Someone who mutually respects cleanliness and tidiness within the flat - we want everyone to feel comfortable and at home so fairness in completing household tasks is key to us!
- Someone who plans to stay a minimum of 6 months.
- Someone who is easygoing and enjoyable to be around - we'd love to do stuff together as flatmates but we also respect their need for alone time.
