I am delighted to be able to offer a room in my flat up for rent. Currently I have one room rented out and there is another King size bedroom available which is a nice size. In the pictures it is set up as a twin room but that is changing just now to a king size bed. The third bedroom I will keep for myself although I am rarely there.

At present due to Covid-19 and work commitments I am not staying in the flat but I will be about now and again.

The flat is in a fantastic situation and is close to all amenities, minutes walk from all transport facilities. All around us is a host of wonderful restaurants, bars, shops etc.

I am preferably looking for professionals but students will also be considered. You need to be a clean and tidy person who is friendly and who will be respectful of the property.

When I am about I enjoy company, cooking, having drinks, movie night etc but I equally enjoy some quiet time too. The flat is a good size and has tones of natural light along with several Juliet balconies and one main open balcony upstairs.
