Hi! I have a cute double bedroom available in a stunning 4 bedroom flat in West End. I am planning to move out soon, so I am looking for someone who can replace me - preferably a sociable female student due to council tax reasons (preferably but not neccesarily, professionals feel free to message me). You will be living with three very lovely, clean and fun girls ― architecture and criminology students.

The flat is freshly renovated and benefits from lots of natural light. Your room is south-west facing, so you would get lots of sun rays in the afternoon. The flat has an incredible location with easy access to any shop you could possibly need (Sainsbury’s and Savers 2 minute walk, Lidl 5 minutes away) and 3 minute walk from Kelvingrove Park, as well as plenty of cool pubs and restaurants.
The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped ― there is everything you need, from a small blender to even an air-fryer. The flat does not have a proper living room, but we put a sofa in our hallway as you can see in the photos. There is a big bath in the bathroom that has a normal shower and a rain one as well. Furthermore, there is plenty of storage space in the flat as we have two extra cupboards, and also in the bathroom, everyone has a separate cupboard for their stuff :)

Ideally, I am looking for someone to take over my room from 1st June.

24,45 electricity and gas per month
6 wifi per month
450 deposit (held with deposit company, not directly with the landlord)
