The room is available from the 4th August and I’m ideally looking for a long term flatmate.

The flat is in a great area, just off Argyle Street in Finnieston, with the nearest supermarket being the new big Lidl just 2 minutes walk away and Kelvingrove park 5 minutes away.

The price in the listing is for everything, the breakdown per month is;
Rent and other bills come to £530, and unfortunately with crazy energy prices recently the gas and electricity is about another £50 each per month.

About me:
I am a recent graduate from Glasgow Uni who now works as a design engineer. I work in the office about 3/4 days a week.

I enjoy cycling, hiking and getting outdoors at the weekends and also like socialising, grabbing a drink and cooking.

I am happy to live with anyone, however ideally they are working/ a professional too due to council tax reasons.

My landlord also requires a work or previous landlord’s reference if possible too.
