Double Room in lovely West end flat

I have a double room to rent in my west end flat.
It is in a great location right on Kelvingrove park, and a short walk away from Glasgow uni, Kelvinbridge subway, Charing cross station and all copious cafes/ restaurants/ bars the west end has to offer!

The room would be offered on a furnished basis, available from mid August, but with flexibility if you're looking to move in a bit later.
I would be looking to do viewings from week starting the 8th of August.
Would ideally suit professionals but would consider mature students.

A bit about me: I'm 27 and work as a vet so will be out Monday- Friday and am often away at the weekends too. Looking for someone sociable and easy going. I really love this flat and would want someone who was clean, respectful, and treated it as a home. Most of all my priority would just be that we get on well!

EDIT:
This would be more suitable for someone who does not work full time from home, the room although a double, wouldn't be roomy enough for proper work space.
I will also be using the allocated residents car park permit so this wouldn't be available. There is free parking about a 10 minute walk away; or 3 minutes for evenings and weekends.
