Double Room in West End flat - All Bills Included

Hi I'm looking to sublet (having been granted permission from my landlord) my spare room/office space. In my ground floor flat.

Some photos are from when I first moved in and the rooms were empty - The flat is furnished now and decor slightly different as in other photos.

The flat itself was refurbished just prior to me moving in just over a year ago now and has been furnished by myself.

The room has a built in wardrobe with full length mirrors and will come with drawers and some storage which I purchased for the room myself. The only draw back is that because it was being used as an office the new tenant will have to supply a bed/mattress themselves so this room would suit someone who already owns these. The room can be seen in the photo with the one single window. There's not currently a bed in the room (Was used as an office) but I can either source a single/double before move in unless you have your own already or want to get your own!

The location of the flat is perfect! Situated a stones throw from Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Park, a short walk down to the clyde & into the city. Local supermarkets nearby as well as larger supermarkets only slightly further. Many bars and restaurants really close by as well as places like The Dockyard Social and SWG3 just around the corner.

About me:
I am a 31 year old digital designer working in women's fashion who is currently working from home. I'm originally from London but moved to Glasgow 4 years ago. I don't really know many people up here so someone who is likeminded and willing to chill out every now and again would be perfect - although I enjoy my time alone. I'm a vegetarian and would prefer someone who was either veggie or vegan too but this isn't really a big deal. Open to share with all and any gender. I have to add this but I'm a really light sleeper so someone who is quiet in the evening (at least during the week) is definitely preferred.
