Note:
• The flat is available from around November 17th.
• We are looking for professionals (we may consider older students, but they will have to contribute to council tax).
Hey! My flatmate and I are looking for someone to rent a room in our flat.
Tom: likes politics, cooking, going to art galleries and tennis. I’m a civil servant.
Billy: likes reasonable politics (unlike Tom), rugby, Gaelic football, cooking and going to the gym. He is an engineer.
We are both pretty chilled, sociable and relatively clean; both like going to the pub and having film nights in, so are looking for someone to blend well with us in that regard.
Rent is £600 per month including WiFi, but not including gas, electric and council tax (though we have a discount).
The flat itself is really nice, with the bedroom overlooking Kelvingrove Park and the River Kelvin. It has fast internet, a communal front garden and a small private front garden. The surrounding area itself is lively.
