*Will not accept any short term lets and preferably someone who is working for council tax reasons*
*I’ve had a lot of interest already so will get back to people as quick as I can*
Unfortunately my flatmate has to move home, so I am looking for someone to take her place as soon as possible on a long-term basis!
The flat is situated just off Argyle Street and is in a cracking location, right across the road from all of the great pubs Finnieston has to offer and a two minute walk to Lidl. It is also within 20 mins walking distance to both the West End and the city centre.
The flat is lovely, bright and reasonably quiet considering it's so central. I've lived here since last August and love it - I have had no trouble whatsoever! There's a brand new kitchen and bathroom and the living room is a great size.
The room available has a double bed and a south facing window, so it gets lovely light all day. The room is quite small but it's cosy and there's plenty of storage space throughout the flat. There is no desk in the room, but there is a small box room with a desk and a monitor I currently use. I would be happy for the new tenant to use this when I'm not, and there's also a dining table in the living room - so there's lots of study or working space available!
There is also a free private underground parking with a space designated for the flat. I don't have a car, so it would be yours if you need it!
A little bit about me: I am currently studying a postgrad in Media, Communications and Journalism at UoG but will be finished as of 5 September. When I'm not studying or working, I love to cook, go out for food and beers or go to gigs. I also enjoy just chilling watching the TV, reading a book. or going out for a walk.
I love to socialise and have fun, so I'd be looking for someone quite similar to share the flat with!
The rent is £437.50 per month and the bills are approximately £60/70 per month, although I expect this to go up over winter (especially with the current energy prices !!).
I am looking for someone to move in from the 12th of September onwards, as that is when my current flatmates lease is up.
This will be done through a letting agency, so full references, paperwork and a deposit will need to be provided.
If you are interested, please drop me a wee message with a bit about yourself and when you would be available to move in and I will get back to you ASAP. Thank you! :)
