We’re a mix of students and professionals (means council tax -sorry! , unless you’re a student) but with hearts of gold, communal beer supplies and the ability to make you a mean carbonara 🍝
the flat has lots of cool aminites - tumble dryer, big rooms, fancy coffee machine and fryer- plus we have fitted out the living room to have a fully sized working bar.
We also have a lovely cat an Axolotl and lots of fish so you’ll never be lonely
Rent is £130per/week + bills- we’re looking to fill about a 3-4 week gap between our other tenants moving out- got a bit screwed over with the timings 😰
The double room is pictured above - plus the animals but I’m still getting some pics of the other communal rooms together but will update soon!
Id say another pro is the flat is great for students due to its amazing and safe location in the west end by the uni
