Lgbtq+ Friendly Flat In West End With Dog

I'm looking for a new lodger as my lovely lodger has moved to Paris to do an internship. The flat is in the West end of Glasgow, it is a five-minute walk from the botanical gardens and a ten-minute walk from byres road.

I’m 27 (she/her) from London, but I've lived in Scotland for 5 years now. I like art, music, food, tattoos, houseplants, astrology, hiking, paddleboarding, nights in and an occasional night out to a bar/club. I’m a pescatarian and would like to live with someone similar. I work as a pupil support assistant and run art classes in two primary schools.

I have a rescue dog called Bonnie. I share her with my mum so she's generally only in the flat a couple of days a week. Bonnie is a sweetheart but she's not great with new people. So I'm looking for someone who has experience with dogs.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly and tidy. It would be good to occasionally cook or hang out together whilst also being respectful of each other's space. The vibe in the flat tends to be pretty chill. I’m happy for my lodger to ocasionally have friends over but it’s not a party flat.

Rent is £422, internet, council tax, gas and electricity are around £136 each a month. Looking for someone to move in longer-term, starting end of July/beginning of August.
