Our flatmate Franka is moving out very soon as her Erasmus year is sadly coming to an end, so we're looking for someone to take her room and join the flatshare!

You'd share with John and I : John works in IT from home and loves music, whisky and gaming, and I'm a chef in a nearby restaurant, and i like cooking, football and travels. We're both quite chill and independent people so we're looking for someone similar who would be happy to share a drink or meal from time to time! We also have fairly different life rythms so we're looking for someone who's okay with that.

About the flat, it's a very spacious 3-bedroom in the heart of the west end (3 min from uni, byres road and hillhead subway station), with plenty of light, very nice to live in!
Your room is a double bedroom, with all the furniture you need (desk, drawers, etc..) and nice views of the back garden.
All bills, except council tax, are included in the rent, council tax is £65 each/month.
