Fully furnished, kitchen fitted with appliances (including two fridges/freezer and a washing machine), gas central heating, and double glazed windows. Extra space for storage in the flat. Well connected with two buses and the underground in walking distance. Kelvingrove park within 2 minutes of walking distance and 5 minutes away from UofG main campus. Although I love animals, the flat is unfortunately not pet friendly.

Rent: £550/month + bills + council tax (if applicable)
Deposit: 2 months rent
Council Tax Band: D

If you are a student and exempt from paying council tax, you won't have to contribute to it.

I am a young professional working mostly from home. I am tidy, quiet, mostly like to stay in, but occasionally like to have a night out. I value tidiness in shared areas and am looking for someone who shares this with me. Happy to have conversations, but also happy to give you space.

I am looking for an upper year/grad student or young professional to share my flat with. Ideally someone who is respectful, a non smoker, and not a party animal who is happy to share chores around the house.

Creating an environment where we both feel comfortable and at home is important to me, and I value being able to communicate any issues clearly and respectfully. This is something I’m hoping my new flatmate shares with me as well.
