I am temporarily moving away and I am subletting my room in a two-bed flat in Hyndland.
The room is spacious and south-facing so it gets plenty of sunlight. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers, cupboards, full-length mirror, desk, chair and monitor. You will have full access to the rest of the flat, which includes a kitchen with washing machine, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower over bath, and a large comfortable living room. The current flatmate is lovely and is very friendly, respectful and considerate.
The room is available now until the start of October. Bills included in rent. Female or non-binary flatmate preferred.
