Hi :) My friend will be moving in to take the 2nd room in the flat, so we have 1 spare room coming available in the 3 bed flat I am currently renting. We are both girls, 21/22 and have just graduated Law at Glasgow Uni. We are returning to UoG to do our postgrad diplomas in law starting in September, so are looking for preferably another female student to come in! We are both super friendly and respectful and would make anyone feel welcome.
The double room would come fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, desk etc. *the clothes rail and mirror in pics won’t be included* The flat also has a dining kitchen and a separate (massive!) living room too, which is perfect and rare for the flat's location is too.
The flat is HMO licensed and our landlord is great, dependable etc.
Please feel free to ask any Qs if this sounds like a good fit for you. I'm in the process of getting pictures of my flat right now to if you are nearby to Glasgow, viewing in person might be best to do the flat justice!
