Room available in 2 bedroom flat in the West End

Hi!

I'm looking for a flatmate to live with me for the next academic year. Only students unless you are willing to pay the whole council tax.
The room is in a bright, second floor, two bedroom flat with a shared living room. There's a wardrobe, desk and double bed (pictures coming soon) and a window facing the courtyard.
All windows are double glazed and there is a brand new and efficient boiler which should help with the mad energy bills :)
The kitchen is likely to be renovated soon as well and there is a washer and dryer.

About me: I'm a final year undergraduate philosophy and economics student who works part-time so will be quite busy next year. When not working, you'll find me reading in parks, cafes or just chilling (cooking) at home. If you're into theatre, ballet, etc. that would be convenient as I often get discounts and free tickets to shows through work.

I've shared flats for years and therefore am quite flexible who I live with. Saying that, I want a home that is relatively calm and quiet and where you can be yourself and relax.
My only requirements are that youre not one to host massive parties and that youre a responsible, mature-ish person who cleans after themselves
