Double Room to rent in Kelvinbridge.

The room comes with a wardrobe, single bed and chest of drawers in the room which can be removed if required. The room can comfortably fit a double bed (as seen in pics).Always happy to attend any ikea trips if necessary.

The flat comes with white goods and I have brought in most of the furniture. It has a shared living room and kitchen with a small dining area. The flat is really spacious and bright. It has been my flat for the past three years and would be perfect for someone looking to set up roots in Glasgow.

The flat is on Great Western Road around a 2 minute walk from Kelivinbridge subway station and 5 minute walk from Kelvingrove park. There is street parking but a permit is required. There are lots of nice shops, cafes and bars nearby. The Stand comedy club is located just behind the flat plus there’s plenty gig venues too.

I work as solicitor across Glasgow and Edinburgh, so would be looking to share with another young professional for council tax reasons. I love going to the gym and fun workout classes. I also love going for a weekend coffee and yap and attending gigs too. Would love to find someone with similar interests :)
