About the flat:
Includes 2 bedroom, 1 shared bathroom, 1 kitchen + dining table, 1 living room and 1 storage room.
Located 5 mins from Hyndland station, 7mins from Sainsbury’s, 15 mins from Lidl , 20 mins from Byres Road. There is a bus stop just outside the flat too. The neighbourhood is quiet, pretty and safe. It is one of the most beautiful residential places in Glasgow.

About me and who I am looking for:
I moved to glasgow a year ago now, I am a young professional (24) who enjoys her quiet time but also a good social time. On the weekends I enjoy a brunch with friends and singing in choir. I enjoy travelling, and learning about new cultures. I work 9-5pm most days from the office.
I am looking for a young professional (around my age ideally) who is quiet, respectful but also enjoys a social time. For example, I would love to occasionally cook together, or watch a show after a long week (just as long as you would love to plan something together). I would love a flatmate I can speak to, and build a friendship with. I also enjoy my quietness so I would love someone who respects that. I don’t want the flat to be too loud, I am definitely not a party person but I enjoy a good background music. I believe communication, respect , consideration and understanding are what make a good flat. Cleaning is very important to me, this is something we will discuss on the first days (e. g how we divide tasks).
