Double room in the heart of the West End

Unfortunately one of our flatmates is leaving Glasgow and we are looking for you (yes you!) to join us in our flat!

The double room is fully furnished, in a bright tenement flat building with high ceilings, next to Byres Road and the University Library.

The flat is on the second floor and we’ve got a fully equipped kitchen, (including dishwasher, air fryer and rice cooker yay), along with an electric shower (not in the kitchen).
There are also two sofas in Leah’s room, which we use as a communal space.

Bills add up to roughly £40 per month.
Council tax is split evenly at £55.60 per person (so either a young professional or a student who is willing to contribute is a must).

About us

Magnus (26) is an actor by trade and a yapper for the love of the game. He’s always up for a plan or scheme and can get you free beer too.

Leah (24) definitely works as a superspy, the rest of us just can’t prove it (yet). She loves a lukewarm “san migWELL” and will always share her snuss (it may have been gummed already).

Max (27) is always a sunny presence in the flat. He ran a successful fantasy Pope league for this year's conclave (the flat may or may not be a registered religious site now).

We have lived together for a wee while now and enjoy spending time as a flat, so someone who’s looking to fit into that dynamic would be ideal!
We’re looking for a clean flatmate, who likes to socialise and is down for a wee flat pint or a cute evening in with us.
