Spacious Double Bedroom in Maryhill

Hi everyone,
I’m moving out of this room to move in with a friend and I’m looking for someone to take over. Preferably it’d be a student for council tax reasons and female as my roommate is only comfortable with another girl. It’s a three bedroom attached house with two floors. This room is on the ground floor along with a decent sized kitchen. The house has lots of storage space and is fully furnished so it’s very convenient. The house is part of a housing community called Wyndford Estate and there’s a very nice mini park bordering the property. It’s very close to a big Tesco Extra and many other shops. There is a bus stand right outside the estate with links to the city centre (60, 60A, 61, 17) and Glasgow University (8) which is also a 30 minute walk away.
