Room Available in West End Flat

Hello. I’ve got a room available for rent in my flat in the west end.

It’s a double bedroom with en-suite… the room hasn’t had anyone live in it before so minimal furniture currently but happy to help you out there! Comfy bed with loads of storage space underneath and two decent sized cupboards in the room. The en-suite has a great shower and the main bathroom also has a snazzy bath.

The rest of the flat is shown in the photos, still kitting the place out but all the essentials are in now… sofa, telly, dining table and chairs etc. The kitchen is all pretty new and has a dishwasher to help keep the place clean. There’s also a cupboard in the hall with a clothes rail, coat rack and space for shoes. Outside there’s a shed for bikes or paddleboards or whatever… the garden is also great in the summer.

I’m looking for someone fun, easygoing, clean and respectful (fully aware that is the standard on spare room so not very original)… but aye, drop a message if you are interested and happy to have a wee chat round at the flat sometime.

Other admin bits:
I’ve said 3 months minimum but don’t really have a firm plan, just whatever works.
Parking is currently free and there are always spaces on the street.
Bills I’ve just said are included in the total price to keep things simple.
No smokers or psychopaths, sorry.
