My housemate is unfortunately moving out of our lovely flat in the West End and we're looking for a friendly female to take over the spare room in our apartment.

It’s a very pleasant and peaceful room - ideal for someone who values comfort and a calm home environment. It is also very light.

Rent: £525 per month
(Total flat rent is £1050)

Council Tax: Band C

Bills not included: council tax (we would not need to pay this if you are also a PhD student), electricity + heating, and WiFi (shared between two people).

👭 About the Flatmate
You’ll be sharing with me (as my flatmate describes) - a very lovely, respectful and easygoing female (currently a PhD student in Social Policy at Strath). My housemate and I would also sometimes go to spinning or Pilates together, enjoy good music, and occasionally share sweets. 😊

We’d love someone who is:
Professional as an attitude (PhD students are welcome as well)
Tidy and respectful
Friendly and open to occasional chats
Appreciates good music and sharing sweet treats now and then
