Cosy Double Room In The Woodlands

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in a flat on Westend Park Street

The flat is on the second floor, it has a modern kitchen and bathroom with lots of light.
The building has a lovely shared garden in the back. What the flat lacks in size it makes up for in location! About 10 min walk to University of Glasgow and super close to Kelvingrove park. 20 min walk to the botanics to the west and 20 min walk to city center in the east! Lots of fun pubs and cafes around too!

About me!
- University of Glasgow 2nd year vet student
- 24 year old from New York
- Anyone is welcome, students preferred as I don't currently pay council tax (Band C)
- I’m often out of the flat studying or travelling, so the space can feel private, but I’m always down to hang out!

Ideal move-in around June 10th, but flexible until September!

Our bills are usually around 50/month each

The room come furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a nightstand. There's also a spacious closet in the hall
