I have a spacious newly refurbished flat in The Park Area. 10 minutes walk to Glasgow City Centre and 10 minutes walk to heart of West End. 3rd floor flat with superb views to the north including Scottish mountains.
I am easy going, and won't be around much of the time.
The flat has excellent facilities including brand new kitchen, WiFi, broadband, washing machine, satelite TV etc.
Looking for a respectable professional or academic person preferably on a Monday to Friday basis, but will consider 7 days per week also.
There is also another large double room available that comes with a separate bathroom.
