Looking for a working professional (20s to 30s) to share a flat in Woodlands. Hoping to find an easy going person to hang out with, drinks in the house or down the local, rather than just a person renting a room. The flat is in a great location. Easy access to the West End and city centre, both within walking distance. St George Cross Underground is only 2 streets away which is handy.

Master room available, with lots of storage and fully furnished. There is also a TV point if you have your own TV for the room.
Large living room with a bay window (lost of light), three couches, 40 inch wifi HDTV, and stereo- great space for socialising. The flat has a brand new gas combi boiler for central heating (summer 2018). There is a washing machine, dryer, two freezers and plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen. Great sized bathroom with new suite and power shower. There is virgin Fibre broadband and the standard TV package.

Wanting a social but easy going person to share with. Non smoking only, and must be a working professional, no students. Also no pets allowed.
Bills are shared equally at the end of the month, but range from £80-100 depending on summer/winter usage.
