The bills will depend on usage of course - but expected to average between 60 and 80 for each tenant for the combined gas/electricity - the internet is provided free/inclusive with the rent.
There is a gas safety certificate for the flat with maintenance contract.
There is a professionally installed smoke alarm, heat sensor, CO alarm and electrical safety certificate.
