Bright double room in West End

Hi - we have a relaxing cosy bedroom available from 1st September.
We're looking for a full-time student, ideally female (as it's sharing with my 17 year old daughter and me) probably someone new to Glasgow, aged 21-25ish. Must be good fun, not toooo messy, and enjoy the company of teenagers and cats and family life generally!

We are vegetarian/pescetarian so a match would be good as we'll be sharing the kitchen. You would have full use of the kitchen, bathroom and living room.

A long let would be preferable.

The flat is in a traditional Glasgow tenement block in the West End, on a quiet leafy road opposite a park. It's within walking distance of Glasgow University, shops and cafes in Byres Road and Dumbarton Road, and train stations/subway at Hyndland and Partick.

We enjoy hosting visitors and hope to find someone to rent the room who would enjoy being part of our household. We would totally respect your privacy, but equally you'd be more than welcome to join in with whatever's going on in the flat. We've hosted quite a few houseguests over the last few years, and we're still friends with them all :)

A previous tenant said I should make sure to mention the "great shower" and underfloor heating in the bathroom in winter.
